Rhonda Taylor
President / CEO
Ms. Taylor spent more than a decade as Senior Executive
of Operations and Business Development within the
Employment and Tenant Screening industries. A wealth
of real world experience enables her to assist human
resources, property management and security professionals
with the myriad of legal considerations and security
issues arising from employment and tenant screening
operations. Our clients represent a wide range of
business types and sizes and their screening needs
vary from 15 to 15,000 employee screenings each month.
Ms. Taylor oversees the IntelliSense Screening Services.
Paul Tollner,
CPM®
Vice President
Mr. Tollner has seventeen years experience in real estate,
development and brokerage services. Having directed
the operations of both regional and international firms,
he has extensive understanding of the screening, collection
and reporting needs of large and small organizations.
In addition to his duties as Vice President of Business
Development and Marketing at IntelliSense, Mr. Tollner
has served on the Board of Directors of the Washington
State Chapter of the National Apartment Association, and
is currently Vice President of the Washington Chapter of
the Institute of Real Estate Management.
